Previously, Shanghai Electric TIMAC Co., Ltd was a branch of Shanghai Electric Machinery Co., Ltd, which is a first tier motor manufacturer in China with the motor technology imported from ABB, Siemens and Mitsubishi in 20¡¯s and 21¡¯s. We changed from state owned co***ny to private co***ny after an acquisition in 2011.
